DoorKind was born out of frustration. Our founders, Alex and Sarah, owned multiple rental units and were tired of 2 A.M. emergencies, mounting fees, and daily involvement in property operations.

After a particularly bad experience during a heatwave, they asked: "What if AI could handle this—triage issues, dispatch vendors, and only notify the owner when truly necessary?"

Two years later, DoorKind launched to make passive ownership a reality—using AI to cut costs and eliminate stress from traditional property management.
